How can I take the single course exam? What are the conditions?
Answer:
In order to take the single course exam, the number of failed courses must be
at least one, and in order to take the single course exam, a petition must be
filled out and submitted to the student affairs office. If you failed that
course due to absenteeism or did not pass the course, you cannot take the
single course exam. Attendance is mandatory and you must have taken the course.

How can I participate in the make-up exam? What are the conditions?
Answer:
Make-up exams are held only for midterm exams (midterm exams). There must be a
valid excuse to participate in the make-up exams and this excuse must be based
on a document. The petition must be
filled out and submitted to the student affairs office along with the document.

Can a family member or friend receive my temporary graduation certificate or
diploma after graduation?
Answer:
In order for someone else to receive the temporary graduation or diploma
instead of himself/herself, it is necessary to provide a notarized power of
attorney.
4- What do I need to do for course exemption?
Answer: If
you came through horizontal transfer or have studied at a university before,
you must fill out an exemption petition and submit it to the student affairs
office after bringing your transcript (Duration 15 Days).
5- How can I get my temporary graduation certificate?
Answer: If
you do not fail your course, you can graduate. In order to obtain a temporary
graduation certificate, after signing and submitting the disassociation
document, you can submit your student ID to the student affairs office and
receive the temporary graduation certificate. If you have lost your Student ID,
you need to post an ad in the local newspaper and bring a copy to the student
affairs office.
6- How can I get the diploma?
Answer: If
you have graduated to receive a diploma and have not received a temporary
graduation certificate before, you can get your Diploma after coming to the
Registrar's Office, signing the severance document and submitting your Student
ID. If you have lost your Student ID, you need to post an ad in the local
newspaper and bring a copy to the student affairs office.
If you have received a provisional graduation certificate; When you come to
receive your diploma, you must bring your temporary graduation certificate and
submit it to the student affairs office. If you have lost it, you must
advertise in the local newspaper and bring a copy of it to the student affairs
office.
7- How will we do our internships?
Answer:
Students of the Department of Child Care and Youth Services do their
internships during the 2nd Grade Fall and Spring Education Term. Students of
the Mechanical and Technology, Accounting and Tax Applications, Office Services
and Executive Assistant and Electrical Departments will complete their
internships in the spring semester after the end of school. Freshman or
sophomore students will come to the Registrar's Office and receive the
compulsory internship application form and have it filled out, stamped and
signed by the business where they will do their internship. will deliver the
wallet along with its photocopy to the head of the department. The internship
is completed within 30 working days from the start date.
8- I lost my Student ID, how can I get a new student ID?
Answer: You
can get a new one after coming to the Student Affairs Office and filling out
the petition.
9- I changed my phone number; my exam grades are not
received via SMS. How can I update my number?
Answer:
After the student enters the student automation system, he can update it from
the general information - contact information section.
10- Can I update my profile picture from Automation?
Answer: The
student can change his profile photo after entering the Automation system.
However, Student Affairs may reject the photo if it does not find it official.
If eligible, you will approve and your profile photo will change.
11- Where do we buy the gown and cap for the graduation
ceremony?
Answer: You
can get a gown and cap by coming to the student affairs office 1 week before
the graduation ceremony and giving your student ID. Students who do not return
the gown and cap after the graduation ceremony cannot receive a student ID and
cannot receive the temporary graduation and diploma even if they graduate.
12- How can I freeze my registration?
Answer: A
petition to freeze registration to student affairs must be filled out and
submitted. The petition is examined and if the excuse to suspend registration
is deemed appropriate, it is accepted and notified to the student.
13- How can I delete my registration?
Answer: To
deregister from the Registrar's Office, you fill out and submit a petition and
your registration is deleted.
14- I received a lower grade than I expected in the exam,
what should I do?
Answer: A
petition to object to the exam grade is filled out and submitted to the student
office. If the course instructor finds it appropriate, the exam paper is
examined and the student is notified with the reason. If there is an error, it
